AIKON
A downloadable game for Windows
Made with the limitations of the Nokia 3310 in mind, AIKON is a collection of games from the golden age of gaming. Serves as a very loose sequel to Jammin' Street due to being narrated by a minor character from that game. The following games are included with a narrative stitching each one together:
- Snake
- Asteroids
- Space Invaders
- Breakout
- Pong
Controls:
- Action key: Space bar
- Progress cutscene: Space bar
- Move characters: WASD
- Reset level: R
- Warp across screen: AD at edge (Snake and Space Invaders only!)

I like what Kuzo Yoshiro has to say here. At our current point in gaming's history, I think it's more important than ever to build your own taste in video games and chase after experiences that appeal to that taste, regardless of release year. For me, that approach has had me zigzag back and forth through time.
Playing older titles makes you appreciate what ideas they figured out ahead of the curve, and playing later titles makes you appreciate which lessons were carried forward along the way!
This game has aged.....like fine wine.
